These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WallMockup platform, operated by Batuta LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using WallMockup, you agree to be bound by these Terms.




1. Service Description



WallMockup is a cloud-based web application that uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic wall design mockups based on user-uploaded wallpaper or mural designs. The platform provides features such as scene generation, interior style selection, wall architecture options, output dimensions, and resolution settings.


WallMockup is a fully digital service. No physical products are produced or shipped.




2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities



To access the services, you must create an account.


You agree to:


  1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  2. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  3. Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account



If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.


WallMockup reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity.




3. Credit System & Pricing



Certain features, including image generation, require the use of credits.


  1. Credits are purchased through subscription plans or credit packages
  2. Credits are assigned to your account upon successful payment
  3. Credit validity may vary depending on the subscription plan
  4. Used credits are non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund Policy



WallMockup reserves the right to modify credit pricing, usage rules, or allocations at any time.


We may review credit usage history and revoke credits in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.




4. Acceptable Use Policy



You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purpose.



4.1 Illegal or Harmful Use



You must not:


  1. Use the service for illegal activities
  2. Upload malware or malicious code
  3. Run automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools
  4. Intentionally overload or disrupt the platform




4.2 Intellectual Property Violations



You must not upload:


  1. Copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization
  2. Branded characters, logos, licensed artwork, or stolen content




4.3 Platform Misuse



You must not:


  1. Create multiple accounts to manipulate credit usage
  2. Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
  3. Use WallMockup as a bulk mockup production service for resale



WallMockup may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.




5. Intellectual Property Rights




5.1 User Rights



Users retain full ownership of all designs and images they upload.


All mockups generated through the platform belong to the user, with full commercial usage rights. WallMockup does not claim ownership over user-generated content and does not sell, share, or use such content without permission.



5.2 WallMockup Rights



The WallMockup platform, including its software, architecture, AI models, interface, workflows, and branding, is the exclusive property of Batuta LLC.


Users may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works of the platform. The WallMockup name and logo are protected trademarks.




6. Limitation of Liability



The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.


WallMockup makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or output accuracy. Generated images may vary in realism, proportions, or color representation.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallMockup and Batuta LLC shall not be liable for:


  1. Indirect or consequential damages
  2. Lost profits or business interruption
  3. Data loss or service outages
  4. Failures caused by third-party providers or user misuse





7. Changes to These Terms



WallMockup may update these Terms at any time.


Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
